Engineer first, educator by conviction

I'm Benoît, an independent IT consultant. My career runs on two rails: engineering and education. I've built web platforms, microservice architectures and internal tools — and I've taught software engineering to hundreds of students, from first-year developers to graduating architects.

That combination shapes how I work. I don't just deliver systems; I make sure the people around them understand, own and can evolve them. I work with clients ranging from startups to international organizations, often in a fractional technology-leadership role, and I'm open to new collaborations.

Lately, a large part of my practice is helping teams integrate AI into how they build software — using tools like Claude Code and Cursor daily, and knowing where they accelerate a team and where they don't.
